If you have received the wrong item(s) in your order or have received Defective, Damaged, Expired, Missing item , Not as advertised , Size does not fit , Incorrect Item delivered , Change of mind item(s) except Pre-order , we will process your return as follow.

- In case you would like to exchange new items , we will refer from store’s price . You have to pay different price (if occur).
