To obtain an e-Tax invoice or e-Receipt in electronic format:
For purchases at Central Department Store.
- Present the receipt on the day of purchase along with your ID card/Passport.
- Get the full-form e-Tax invoice at Customer Services at the Central branch of purchase.
- Scan the QR code, fill in the required information, and receive your full-form e-Tax invoice via email within 3 business days.
For purchases on Central App
- Search for your products and select “Add to Shopping Bag”. Please check if the product details include “E-Tax” label. Only products marked with E-Tax labels are eligible for the E-Tax programme.
- Choose “Proceed to Payment.”
- Click “Do you want to receive a full-form tax invoice?” to generate an E-Tax Invoice.
- Enter your national identification / passport number and select “Change Address” to enter information for tax invoice issuance. *Provide information in a single language and enter an email for E-Tax Invoice issuance.
- Verify your taxpayer identification number and select “Place Order” to confirm the purchase.
For purchases via Chat & Shop, Call & Shop and Facebook Live.
- Contact your purchase channel / platform to issue the tax invoice and confirm your details as appear on national ID card / passport.
- You will receive the full-form e-Tax invoice via email on the same day.

The following items are not eligible for Easy E-receipt:
- Alcoholic beverages, beer, and wine.
- Tobacco products.
- Automobiles, motorcycles, and boats.
- Printed books and magazines.
- Electronic newspapers and magazines via the internet.
- Fire insurance premiums.
- Tour guiding service fees for organising tours paid to tour operators in accordance with the law concerning tour operations and guides.
- Hotel accommodation fees paid to hotel businesses in accordance with hotel business laws.
- Public utility charges, water fees, electricity fees, telephone service fees, and internet service fees.
- Services with service agreements that allow service providers and recipients to use services beyond the agreed-upon period, such as various membership fees.
